ShareGrokBots is a public directory of third-party bots. These terms govern your use of the site.

Who we are

The site at sharegrokbots.com (the "Site") is operated by LegacyForgeAI LLC, 401 N Foss Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57110, phone [REGISTERED AGENT PHONE] ("we", "us", "our"). Notice, DMCA, and CAN-SPAM postal address: LegacyForgeAI LLC, 401 N Foss Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57110. Email: sales@legacyforgeai.com. We will register that address as our DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.

What the board is

ShareGrokBots lists live bots that people share in public. A listing is a name, a short blurb, a category, a live bot link, a creator credit, and the community signals on that listing: votes, adds, and ratings. We do not store or show prompt text. We do not run the bots for you on this Site. Opening a listing leaves this Site and takes you to a third-party page.

Definitions

A vote is one upvote from one signed-in account, at most one per person per bot. It is that person's opinion and nothing more. An add is one recorded open of a bot through its listing link on this Site; it is not an install, and x.ai does not report installs to us. A Featured tag is a paid placement on a listing. The Tally is the weekly letter: what the community voted up this week, filed by category. A gold check next to a handle means verified creator: the owner signed in with X and claimed the listing. That check identifies a person, not a bot. ShareGrokBots does not test, run, review, audit, or score the bots it lists, and nothing on this Site is a safety, security, or code audit or a substitute for a licensed tradesperson.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use the Site or create an account.

Children

The Site is for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe someone under 18 gave us data, email us and we will delete it.

Accounts

Some features (submitting a listing, voting) require a magic-link login or Login with X. You agree to give an accurate email and to keep that inbox under your control. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to delete your account by emailing sales@legacyforgeai.com.

Acceptable use

You may not:

submit a listing you do not have the right to share;
paste prompt text, secrets, or personal data of other people;
impersonate a creator, our staff, or LegacyForgeAI LLC;
attack, scrape in a way that harms the Site, or bypass rate limits;
use the Site to sell, host, or point to malware, scams, or illegal activity;
stuff votes or otherwise game ranking.

We may refuse, hide, or remove a listing that breaks these rules or that we judge harmful to visitors.

License to listings

When you submit a listing, you grant LegacyForgeAI LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display the listing metadata (name, blurb, category, link, credit) until the listing is removed.

Votes, adds, and ranking

Ranking on this Site is community signal and nothing else. Votes come from signed-in accounts, one per person per bot, and can be taken back. Adds are recorded opens of a bot through its listing link here. Both are signals from other people. Neither is a warranty, a test result, or an endorsement by LegacyForgeAI LLC, xAI, X, Cursor, or the creator. We do not test, run, review, audit, or score the bots we list, and we make no claim that any listed bot works. A featured spot is paid placement in a trade, and it is labeled on the page. Paying buys the label and the slot. It does not buy a vote, an add, or a rank: we never set a listing's position by hand because someone paid, and no payment adds a count to any listing. A placement that people see more often may earn more real opens from those people, and those opens count the same as any other. Featured and the verified creator gold check are different things, and neither says anything about the quality of a bot. Community ratings are stars and one line from a signed-in account, one per person per bot. You can edit or delete your own. Public pages credit an X handle. Ratings follow the Community guidelines. We do not show emails on a rating. We may exclude from ranking any votes, adds, or ratings we believe are stuffed or automated.

Sponsorships

A sponsorship buys placement: a labeled tile on the home page and trade pages, one weekly Tally, and one shout-out post from @ShareGrokBots a month. It is not an endorsement, and it is not a review: a sponsor line names the sponsor, it does not report a test. Sponsors never influence rankings or search. Term is monthly, billed in advance, and auto-renews until you cancel. Cancel from this Site (your account Cancel button, or the admin Cancel our staff can run for you) any time; it takes effect at the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods you cancel yourself. We may remove a sponsor for policy violation (illegal, deceptive, adult, competitor-of-xAI trademark misuse, or malware). In that case only, we cancel the Stripe subscription immediately and refund the unused part of the current period. You grant us a license to display your name, logo, and tagline for the term. You represent that you own those marks. Tiles are labeled Sponsored.

Featured spots

A Featured spot is paid placement for a listing in its trade. More than one listing in a trade may hold a Featured tag at once. The on-page label is "Featured, paid placement." Paying does not add a vote, an add, or a rating to a listing, and we do not set its rank by hand. Same monthly term, auto-renew, cancel-at-period-end from your account Cancel button, and no refunds for unused days as for sponsorships. Policy-violation removal follows the same refund rule.

Payments

Stripe processes payments. We never store card numbers. Prices are in USD. Taxes apply where the law requires them. A chargeback removes the placement.

Creator content and credit

Listings are credited to X creators from public posts. When you submit a listing you warrant you have the right to do so, and you grant us a license to display the name and X handle we credit. Scraped credits without a submitter can be taken down at /remove. User listings and reviews are third-party speech (47 U.S.C. 230). We do not store or publish prompt text. ShareGrokBots is not affiliated with xAI. Grok is a trademark of xAI.

Community reviews

If you post a review on the Site, you grant LegacyForgeAI LLC a non-exclusive license to host and display it. Do not defame. Do not review a listing you operate. We may remove a review that breaks these rules.

We do not test the bots

ShareGrokBots does not test, run, review, audit, certify, or score the bots it lists, and it never has any obligation to. Nothing on this Site is a representation that a listed bot works, is safe, or is fit for any purpose. The only judgment published here is what other people did: votes, adds, and community ratings. Any bot-level score, verdict, or "verified" mark that this Site showed before this date is withdrawn as of 2026-08-31 and must not be relied on. The verified creator gold check is unchanged; it identifies a person and is not a quality mark. Judge a bot by opening it yourself.

The Tally is sent only after you consent. Every letter has a one-click unsubscribe. Details live on the Privacy page.

Activity nudges

Account holders may receive one commercial vote-ask per bot they opened from the Site: an in-page card; one email within 24 hours; one X DM per 30 days for X-linked accounts if the X API allows it. Never more than those caps. Vote-ask mail is commercial: From, subject, our street address, and a working opt-out. A one-click stop ends email. To stop X DMs, unlink X on your account or use X's own message controls.

Removal

Creators can request removal of a listing by name or live bot URL, through the Remove my listing form or by emailing sales@legacyforgeai.com. We honor removal requests promptly, usually within two business days. We may keep a minimal log of the request so we can show we acted on it.

Copyright notices

To send a DMCA or other copyright notice, write to LegacyForgeAI LLC, 401 N Foss Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57110, phone [REGISTERED AGENT PHONE], or email sales@legacyforgeai.com. That is the notice address. Repeat infringers lose their account. If we take down material, the poster may send a 512(g) counter-notice to the same address: their name and signature, the material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that they have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and consent to venue in Minnehaha County, South Dakota.

Third-party bots are not ours

Every listed bot is created and operated by a third party. We do not control how a bot behaves after you open it. A bot may act on your behalf inside the tools you grant it. You also use that bot under the third party's terms, including xAI's terms for Grok bots. ShareGrokBots is a directory with creator credit, not the author of those bots.

No affiliation

"Grok" and "xAI" appear in the Site's name and listings only to identify third-party bots and the x.ai pages they live on (nominative use). xAI does not sponsor or endorse the Site. ShareGrokBots is not affiliated with xAI (SpaceXAI LLC), X Corp., or Anysphere (Cursor). Grok is a trademark of xAI. Cursor is a trademark of Anysphere. We link to those products so visitors can reach them. Those marks stay theirs.

Termination

We may suspend or close an account, hide a listing, or end a paid placement if you break these terms. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimer, liability, and governing law) survive.

Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify LegacyForgeAI LLC against third-party claims that arise from your listings, your reviews, or your sponsor marks. This does not cover opening a Grok bot, and it does not cover our fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or duties the law does not let us waive.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LegacyForgeAI LLC AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR ANY LISTED BOT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FIT FOR A JOB IN YOUR TRADE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) LegacyForgeAI LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SITE OR FROM A THIRD-PARTY BOT YOU OPEN FROM IT; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS CAPPED AT THE GREATER OF $50 USD AND THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. The Site is free to use; most visitors will have paid us nothing.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute about the Site are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and LegacyForgeAI LLC consent to the exclusive venue of the state and federal courts in Minnehaha County, South Dakota, except that either of us may bring a claim in small-claims court. Before filing, email sales@legacyforgeai.com and give us 14 days to try to resolve the issue.

Other one-line terms

We own the Site software, design, and our own copy. You may not assign these terms without our written consent; we may assign them with the Site. A force-majeure event excuses delay. We use reasonable security and will notify you of a breach that the law requires us to report. We may change paid prices on the next renewal; we will email you first. How to cancel: the Cancel button on your account (or admin Cancel), which cancels the Stripe subscription at period end. This Site is not professional or licensed-trade advice.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the effective date. For a material change, a privacy change, or a change to paid terms, we email the address on the account. Auto-renew continues only if you accept the new paid terms. Browsewrap plus keep using is not enough for a paid subscriber. If a provision is found invalid, the rest stays in effect.
