How ranking works

ShareGrokBots does not republish prompts. A listing is a name, a one-line blurb, a category, a live bot link, and credit to the person who shared it on X. Where that listing sits on the board is decided by the people who use it.

Votes

One vote per signed-in account per bot. Sign in with a magic link or with X, open the bot, and vote if it earned it. You can take a vote back. Creators cannot vote for their own listings.

Adds

An add is counted when someone opens a bot through its listing link here. That is a real signal of what people take with them, and it is the only install-shaped number we have: x.ai does not expose install counts, so an add means opened in Grok Bot, nothing more.

The boards

Most Voted ranks on votes. Most Added ranks on adds. Top Contributors ranks creators by how many of their bots are listed. A bot with zero votes and zero adds is not crowned; it sits on the board and waits for the community. That is the whole ranking.

What we do not do

We do not test, review, audit, or score the bots on this board, and we will never tell you we did. A listing is a live third-party bot with credit attached. If you saw a score or a check on a bot here before 2026-08-31, it is withdrawn: do not lean on it. Judge a bot by what the community did with it, and by opening it yourself.

Creator credit and the gold check

Every listing credits the X post it came from. A gold check next to a handle means verified creator: that person signed in with X and claimed the listing as theirs. It says who built the bot. It says nothing about whether the bot is any good, and it is not a safety or security review.

Paid placement

Sponsor tiles and Featured listings are bought and labeled as such. Placement is for sale; the ranking is not. Sponsors never influence the boards or search. Paying never adds a vote or an add to a listing, and we never move a listing up the board by hand. A tile people see more often can earn more real opens, and those count like anyone else's.

Open data

Public listings are available as JSON and as feeds. v1 is additive-only. Listings credit the creator's X post. We do not publish prompt text, emails, or submitter identity. Each listing carries its votes and adds counts. A listing may include an additive featured boolean; paid placement does not change API, feed, or sitemap order.
